Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed outside business hours may begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times typically range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Discreet Shipping

We ship all orders in plain, unbranded packaging for maximum privacy. There will be no mention of product contents on the outside of your package.

Shipping Location

  • ✅ At this time, we ship within the United States only.

International shipping may be offered in the future. This policy will be updated if and when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we are always happy to assist with tracking information or carrier inquiries whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a video of the packaging and product. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Discreet Billing

Charges will appear on your billing statement under a discreet business name and will not reference product details.
