Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Items removed from original packaging
This policy is strictly enforced. Once an item has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and video of the damaged item
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion:
Claims submitted without the required documentation may not be eligible for review.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders enter processing soon after checkout.
Cancellation or modification requests must be received within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be altered.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence, including delivery confirmation, order details, and our clearly stated policies.

Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chic Minx™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of delivery.
