Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


No Returns on Opened Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Items removed from original packaging

This policy is strictly enforced.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund at our discretion

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be canceled.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the permanent restriction of future purchases.
